Financing a property usually means chasing private lenders one at a time, retelling the same story, and hoping the quote you get is competitive. Private Loan Source flips that. Borrowers describe the property and the deal once, and private lenders come to them. We focus exclusively on real estate secured loans — bridge, fix and flip, ground-up construction, rental/DSCR, commercial, multifamily, cash-out refinance, and land.

Every listing is public so lenders can evaluate the opportunity quickly, but borrower identity and contact details stay private until an offer is accepted. Offers and messages are visible only to the two parties involved.

For borrowers

Posting is free. You control what you disclose, you see every offer side by side, and you are never obligated to accept one.

For lenders

Browse live requests filtered by amount, geography, and loan type — each listing includes property type, occupancy, as-is value, LTV, lien position, and exit strategy. Send terms directly, and message the borrower to fill in the gaps before committing.

What we are not

Private Loan Source is not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. We do not originate loans, guarantee funding, or set terms. All lending decisions happen between borrower and lender.
