Private Loan Source operates an online marketplace connecting borrowers and lenders. Private Loan Source is not a lender, broker, or financial advisor, does not originate loans, and does not guarantee that any listing will receive an offer or funding.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
3. Listings and offers
Borrowers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Offers submitted by lenders are indicative unless stated otherwise and do not constitute a binding commitment to lend. Any resulting loan agreement is solely between borrower and lender.
4. Prohibited conduct
Do not post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content, solicit users for unrelated services, scrape the platform, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
5. Diligence
Each party is responsible for its own due diligence, legal review, and compliance with applicable lending, licensing, and consumer protection laws.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Private Loan Source is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
