What is public
Loan listing details — amount, loan type, location, collateral, and your deal summary — are publicly visible so lenders can evaluate them. Your name and contact details are not shown on public listings.
What stays private
Offers and message threads are visible only to the borrower and the lender involved. Contact details are shared with a lender only after you accept their offer.
How we use information
To operate the marketplace, match listings with lenders, secure accounts, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and listing data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Security
Data is stored with row-level access controls so users can only read records they are entitled to. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
